The "XT-MOUNTING-BOX" surface mount enclosure is a polycarbonate unit with a transparent cover and internally mounted DIN / Omega rail for the purpose of giving the XT1000 and/or XT3000 weight transmitter a protection class of IP66 for use in external environments.

It offers a high level of impact resistance and the transparent cover allows the weight reading, status LEDs and informational messages to be viewed without the need to remove the cover.

The DIN / Omega rail also allows for the mounting of the XT1000-2000-PS power supply unit (which converts incoming AC power to DC power as required by the XT1000 and/or XT3000).  Also provided is an earth terminal.

Mounting holes are included, allowing for easy attachment to a wall or bulkhead.
